Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an a la carte restaurant or catering setting.
• Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment, with expertise in managing multiple stations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in food safety or willingness to complete training.
