About The Position
The ROTC Assistant Teacher position is for the 2026–2027 school year at Desert Pines High School. The position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Marine Corps Officer and to upload a military approval letter (instructor certification). The candidate must have an earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and must possess, or be able to acquire by the time of appointment, a Nevada Department of Education teaching license and certification in the relevant subject area. A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card is also required. Applicants must complete the entire seven-year work history in the “Experience and Credentials” section of the application, including unemployment, schooling, and volunteer work.
Requirements
