About The Position
The ROTC Teacher position is at Desert Pines High School for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher must be a U.S. Marine Corps Officer and must upload a military approval letter (instructor certification). The position requires an earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a Nevada Department of Education teaching license, either already held or obtainable by the time of appointment. The teacher must be certified in the relevant subject area. A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card is also required. All required application documents must be attached when applying. Applicants must complete the entire seven-year work history in the application’s “Experience and Credentials” section, including unemployment, schooling, and volunteer work.
