About The Position

Zynga is seeking exceptional new graduates to join a 12-month rotational program designed to develop them into world-class product managers. This program will immerse participants in various aspects of game development, allowing them to work across disciplines with experienced professionals to tackle high-priority business challenges. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the San Mateo, Austin, or Toronto office.

Requirements

• A deep enthusiasm for gaming and a drive to develop successful/enduring products.
• Data-driven critical/analytical thinking and natural curiosity.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communications skills.
• Completed undergraduate or masters degree between December 2026 - June 2027.

Nice To Haves

• Expertise with Excel, Powerpoint.
• Experience with tools like SQL, Miro, Figma.
• Previous Product Management intern experience.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and testing new merchandising strategies or sales in live products.
• Designing onboarding flows for new features.
• Operating and designing live in-game events to delight players.
• Working seamlessly with developers, artists, designers, testers, and other product managers to bring ideas to life.
• Writing feature specifications.
• Running data analyses and investigations.
• Writing readouts.
• Designing and releasing experiments on new or existing features.
• Coordinating collaboration and alignment across subject areas.
• Being paired with senior product mentors for guidance and support.
• Learning about similarities and differences between game genres.
• Understanding how different teams collaborate and developing communication skills.
• Accessing training and workshops led by the skilled product community.
