The program offers rotations in areas such as Fraud, Treasury, Analytics, and Legal, providing a fast track to understanding how a business operates and scaling effectively. Taptap Send is a fast-growing fintech company focused on making international money transfers free for migrants and their families, moving hundreds of millions of dollars monthly and aiming to scale to billions. The program emphasizes real ownership from week one, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Build detection logic, investigate patterns, and sharpen defenses against financial crime (Fraud).
- Manage liquidity, track flows, and help run the global money-movement infrastructure (Treasury).
- Turn data into decisions, build dashboards, and surface insights that shape operations (Analytics).
- Navigate regulation, support compliance, and build commercial and operational judgment (Legal).
