We are seeking students entering their final year of a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Fall 2026 and working towards their Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation for our 2027 CPA Rotational Leadership Program. This program offers hands-on experience in Finance and Internal Audit under the guidance of experienced professionals and a CPA Mentor. The 24-month program (closer to 30 months with breaks) is designed to ensure participants meet the Professional Work Experience requirements for their CPA designation. Year 1 focuses on Internal Audit (11 months, counting towards 10 months of work experience), involving risk-based audits, assessing controls, and working with business management. Year 2 focuses on Finance (15+ months, counting towards 14 months of work experience), involving financial analysis, reporting, and developing reporting systems. An optional third-year rotation can broaden experience in assurance, accounting, taxation, or other teams within CFO Groups, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, or Finance Shared Services. The program aims to build knowledge of clients, business, industry opportunities and threats, and regulatory changes.
