About The Position

Hajoca Corporation has a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program offers bright, driven individuals the opportunity to learn every aspect of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational structure. Trainees will rotate through various job functions across the business, working alongside a dedicated team that handles everything from warehouse stocking to financial statement computation and business generation. The ultimate goal is for participants to become Profit Center Managers, making decisions on hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement strategies, thereby acting as true entrepreneurs with the program preparing them for success in this role. The pay rate for this internship position is $17/hr.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
  • An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation).
  • A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
  • The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through job functions in all parts of the business.
