About The Position

Hajoca Corporation offers a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program provides bright, driven individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational structure. Trainees will gain experience in various job functions across the business, working with a dedicated team that handles tasks from warehouse stocking to financial statement preparation and business generation. Upon completion and becoming a Profit Center Manager, individuals will be responsible for key decisions including hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement strategies, effectively running their own business with the program's preparation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
  • An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation).
  • A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
  • The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.
