About The Position

The AXIS Rotational Leadership Program (RLP) at Oliver Healthcare Packaging is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. This immersive program targets ambitious graduates seeking accelerated career growth, broad business exposure, and hands-on leadership experience. Through structured rotations, challenging projects, executive visibility, and global collaboration, participants will acquire the necessary skills and experience to become future leaders within Oliver Healthcare Packaging. The program involves four 6-month rotational assignments over two years, followed by a 12-month placement, with opportunities at various U.S. and international Oliver facilities. Rotation lengths may be adjusted based on business needs and individual development plans. Top performers may be offered international assignments, executive-sponsored projects, direct exposure to senior leadership, and accelerated leadership development opportunities. Flexibility and mobility are key, requiring participants to relocate and travel domestically and internationally as needed. Upon completion, graduates transition into full-time leadership, engineering, operations, or supply chain roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or expected prior to program start in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or related technical or business fields.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel throughout the program.
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, co-op, or work experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehousing, or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, athletics, community involvement, or volunteer activities.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to multiple business areas including Manufacturing Operations & Front-Line Leadership, Supply Chain Management (Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing), and Engineering (Process Engineering, Program Management).
  • Explore functions outside of primary field of study to develop a broader business perspective and stronger leadership capabilities.
  • Lead impactful business projects.
  • Work with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Build relationships with leaders across the organization.
  • Develop technical, operational, and leadership skills.
  • Gain visibility with senior leadership.
