About The Position

The PennEngineering Rotational Development Program (PRDP) is an 18-month, three-assignment program built for new graduates who want their careers to start in motion. Two of your rotations are at PennEngineering sites in the United States — different locations, different teams, different problems. One takes you overseas, to our operations in Ireland, Germany, or Asia. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, allowing participants to live and work in different environments, build a global network, and discover their strengths through varied engineering challenges. The international rotation is an immersive experience, not just a visit, allowing participants to own work and understand different approaches to engineering problems. Upon completion, participants will have colleagues across multiple continents and a clear understanding of their career fit within the company.
