About The Position

The Rotational Associate Manager Program at Kikoff is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential individuals by providing comprehensive exposure across critical business functions, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Development and Product Operations. Associates will participate in multiple rotations, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship from senior leaders, and specialized training designed to fast-track their careers. Inspired by successful leadership journeys—including our current Head of Product and our current Head of Operations who both began their career through a similar rotational program at Google—this program is built on mentorship, practical experience, and accelerated professional growth. Kikoff is a fintech unicorn offering credit-building solutions that are radically affordable, accessible, and effective. Our core product, the Kikoff Credit Account, is helping over a million customers build better credit. Requirements

  • Early career professionals with 1+ years of experience from consulting or investment banking backgrounds
  • Highly motivated, curious, and adaptable individuals
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to learn
  • Strategic thinker able to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop and communicate long-term strategy and ideas to move the business forward.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple rotations, gaining hands-on experience.
  • Receive mentorship from senior leaders.
  • Undergo specialized training designed to fast-track careers.
  • Complete two rotations (approximately 12 months each), allowing deeper exposure, responsibility, and impactful contributions within each area.
  • Learn how to position, message, and launch products to customers, gain insights into our users and shape the product roadmap (Product Marketing).
  • Drive user acquisition or increase user retention and monetization through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation (Growth Marketing).
  • Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and identify new growth opportunities for Kikoff (Business Development).
  • Learn how to build and scale critical operational processes.
  • Work closely with product teams to identify, diagnose, and find solutions for product bugs (Product Operations).
