As a Motor Repair Technician, you'll be hands-on, dismantling, inspecting, and assembling motors and generators from well-known brands like WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar. Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing AC/DC motors — teardown and assembly
Familiarity with major industrial motor brands such as WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar
Comfort using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
Good communication skills with the ability to document work clearly

Experience working in a manufacturing or repair shop environment

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Taking apart and putting together AC/DC motors and generators with care and precision
Inspecting and measuring components using tools like micrometers and calipers
