About The Position

The Nanny League is seeking an exceptional, vibrant, FUN, and highly experienced FULL-TIME ROTA NANNY for a wonderful, fully staffed UHNW family with three children, including two adorable girls, ages 2 and 4, and a newborn. This position is exclusively for the two older girls, with no newborn care required! The ideal candidate is playful, silly, imaginative, outgoing, and genuinely LOVES spending time with little ones. Someone who isn't afraid to get messy with arts and crafts, invent games, organize scavenger hunts, dance around the kitchen, plan exciting adventures, and turn an ordinary Tuesday into something extraordinary! They are not looking for a rigid, overly structured, teacher-like personality, but rather someone who brings warmth, creativity, spontaneity, and FUN to the girls' everyday lives while still understanding the importance of routines, boundaries, safety, and age-appropriate development. The oldest daughter attends school full-time, while the youngest attends part-time three days per week. The nanny will be responsible for managing the girls' daily routines, school transportation, activities, outings, meals, developmental needs, and all child-related responsibilities. A dedicated nanny vehicle will be provided. This is a full-charge position, so candidates must have substantial professional nanny experience and the confidence to independently manage two young children, anticipate their needs, maintain consistency, and make sound decisions while on duty. Previous experience working in UHNW or fully staffed households is strongly preferred, as the family values someone who is collaborative, adaptable, discreet, and comfortable working alongside other household staff. The ideal candidate knows how to take ownership of their responsibilities without being rigid, communicates exceptionally well, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do. Above all, they want someone who will genuinely bond with the girls, become their trusted companion and biggest cheerleader, and create a childhood filled with laughter, adventure, creativity, and wonderful memories! The family is primarily based in Palm Beach, Florida, from October through May, spending their summers between New York City and the Hamptons. This position follows a 2-WEEK-ON/2-WEEK-OFF rotational schedule, and candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and transitioning seamlessly between residences. Private accommodations will be provided during rotations, including hotels or Airbnb accommodations in Palm Beach and dedicated staff apartments in New York and the Hamptons. The family is open to exceptional fly-in/fly-out candidates nationwide, although those residing on the East Coast or within a reasonable travel distance are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, an excellent driving record, and the flexibility to accommodate the family's travel schedule.
