About The Position
A family-first family in Sarasota is seeking a nurturing, patient nanny to care for their two young daughters. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast and meals for the toddler, engaging in interactive and educational play, reading, enjoying outdoor adventures and water play, and supporting both children’s developmental milestones. The nanny will also assist with the baby’s daily care, including tummy time, walks, feeding, and nap routines. The family values limited screen time, meaningful engagement, and a caregiver who gently encourages independence while respecting each child’s unique personality. Along with childcare, this role includes light household support, such as tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, loading and unloading the dishwasher, children’s /family laundry, and preparing nutritious meals and snacks. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, calm, adaptable, and proactive, with a genuine love for helping children thrive in a safe, loving environment.
