ROTA Nanny - Miami Beach, FL
About The Position
Full Time live-in ROTA (7 days on/7 days off) Nanny required for a warm and loving Miami Beach family with one infant (born Spring 2026) starting ASAP. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with their daughter in a fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate way. To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone active, love to travel and overall be a positive and engaging individual. The ideal candidates are flexible with their schedule, proactive, experienced with newborn, toddler and school age milestones and who appreciate direct communication with the family. Candidates who can ensure a calm environment and maintain discreet and professional boundaries will be a great match for this family. Portuguese fluency is desired for the role, however the family will consider all qualified and strong candidates. Primary Location: Miami Beach, FL. The family travels frequently to their homes in New York and Colorado. Other domestic and International travel is also expected with this role.
Requirements
- Valid work authorization with valid passport
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a nanny
- A well-suited demeanor for working infants and with toddlers
- Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence
- Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
- Ability to complete all child related duties
- An open and flexible schedule
- Ability to travel
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience supporting UHNW families
- Portuguese fluency
- Training and certifications such as early childhood education, defensive driving, water safety certification, etc.
- A degree from a four year college
