Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and/or 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical systems, heavy equipment, or ski industry infrastructure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of ropeway systems and related construction practices.
Willingness to travel to job sites at least 20% of the time, and no more than 5 days consecutively.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
Proficient in the English language.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience using project management software such as MS Project or Wrike.
Previous experience with SAP or other inventory management software.
Previous knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple ropeway projects, guiding them from contract signing through installation and commissioning.
Coordinate internal engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and manage project schedules and resource plans.
Produce weekly updates for onsite activities.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Conduct occasional site visits to oversee construction progress.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, milestone reviews, and post-project evaluations.
Create resource usage models and predictions for current and future projects.
