<p>The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing room assignments for all pending and last-minute reservations. This role involves collaborating with the Front Desk and Reservations departments to ensure smooth operations, monitoring room inventory, and communicating occupancy updates to management. The Rooms Controller will also identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues, respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms, and maintain accuracy in documentation, reports, and system entries. Additionally, this position may assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs as required, while providing professional and courteous communication with both guests and team members.</p>

Requirements

• 2+ years of front office experience
• Resort or timeshare background preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
