About The Position

This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Room Service team, you will be responsible for receiving all incoming calls, taking guest orders, upselling orders, taking restaurant reservations after hours, recording messages, helping pre-set orders, and maintaining the stock room. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or an equivalent experience
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings as well as weekend and holidays
Willingness and comfort being on the phone
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
