About The Position
The job involves: Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs Taking guest orders over the phone, providing guests with alternatives and suggestions by up selling menu items Preparing and delivering food and drink orders Balancing transactions in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in food and beverage environment
- Smart Serve certification
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Micros software
