About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Room Service Server to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. As a Room Service Server, the individual will create exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every meal is served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role involves creating memorable guest experiences through collaboration with various departments to provide amenities and special occasion items.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences by accurately preparing and delivering orders.
• Present menu items with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Ensure timely service that maintains the highest food quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain and reset room service areas.
• Coordinate tray removal.
• Accurately process guest checks while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
