About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a talented and dynamic Part-Time Room Service Server to join their Food & Beverage team. This role is essential for providing exceptional quality and service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards. The server will anticipate guest needs, be knowledgeable about menu options, and deliver food and beverages around the clock. A majority of the shifts will be in the Cloud 9 Oasis, an exclusive area near the ninth-floor pool for spa, hotel, and Four Seasons residents.

Requirements

• High level of wine and food knowledge
• Smart Serve certification
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• Possess legal work authorization in Canada

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years previous server experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked.
• Be knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.
• Perform duties to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Provide a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the guests.
