About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role involves creating a Food & Beverage experience in the comfort of the guest's room, anticipating and servicing guest needs before being asked, and being knowledgeable about all menu options. As the hotel operates 24/7, flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
Requirements
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
- Work authorization in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
- One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
Responsibilities
- Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked.
- Be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
- Deliver the best Food & Beverage experience to guests in the comfort of their room.
