About The Position
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Room Service Server who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Requirements
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
- Requires the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs.
- Experience in a luxury hotel
- Fluent English. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
- The Room Service Server is the heart of the hotel delivering guest requests and amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
- Set tables and deliver orders to rooms.
- Create and deliver amenities to rooms.
- Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone.
- Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning
