This role is responsible for maintaining and adhering to all resort service standards and expectations, including prioritizing tasks, attention to detail in mise en place and table setups, and working collaboratively as part of a team. The position requires knowledge of point-of-sale systems, basic computer skills, and obtaining a RAMP certificate. Responsibilities include maintaining and caring for department assets, adhering to the sequence of service for an in-room dining experience, staying updated on menu knowledge and allergy awareness, and assisting with guest requests using the RMS system (sevenrooms/Host) to create personalized experiences. Excellent communication and phone etiquette are essential, as is the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in high-volume situations while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for phone etiquette, personal appearance, timing, attendance, and guest interactions. The role also involves maintaining a luxury mini-bar amenity, handling cash and tender transactions, and possessing knowledge of all food and beverage menus and resort information. Other duties as assigned.
