This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Respond to Room Service telephones and guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Capture food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system without errors – attention to detail is key!
• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
• Suggest and promote food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, drinks, and special promotions
• Reconcile checks, including verifying check totals and gratuity disbursement, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines
