About The Position

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Spa Expeditor to join their Spa Operations team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability. We cannot accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. Responsibilities

• Manage spa inventory: Track, count, and stock spa products and supplies to ensure daily operational readiness
• Process orders and requisitions: Initiate purchase orders, enter requisitions into inventory systems, and ensure timely routing and approval
• Receive and distribute supplies: Pick up and receive incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy and ensuring proper storage
• Support financial tracking: Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory reports and related financial documentation
