About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Room Service Part Time Demi Chef De Partie who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cooking. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for station prep, daily MEP and general cleanliness of their station. Working with a team in producing a premium quality product is essential.

Requirements

• Ability to work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
• Excellent communication skills
• Continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Attendance for training and special events is required
• Must possess legal work authorization in Canada
• Work permit sponsorship is not available

Nice To Haves

• At minimum 2 to 4 years previous kitchen/A La Carte experience in a fast paced kitchen operation
• Exceptional communication skills, command of English language
• A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required
