About The Position

The Room Service Order Taker plays a key role on our Food & Beverage team, creating memorable in-room dining experiences for guests around the clock. As the warm, welcoming voice on the other end of the line, you’ll guide guests through our diverse menu offerings and help bring exceptional food and beverage service straight to the comfort of their room.

Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume operation
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food & beverage or hotel/resort experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests placing room service orders, offering knowledgeable menu guidance and confirming dietary needs.
• Accurately enter all orders into MICROS and oversee the full service sequence to ensure timely, correct delivery aligned with Four Seasons standards.
• Communicate any service delays or concerns promptly to guests and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while upholding professional appearance and confidentiality standards.
• Support the food & beverage team by fostering positive working relationships and consistently meeting quality and service expectations.
