Extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have. Takes complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail. Provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery. Proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-of-sale system. Prioritizes and works effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in food service, preferably in an in-room dining setting. Address guest concerns effectively and timely and escalate as appropriate. Performs all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. Additional duties attending Mini Bars. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed or requested.
