Requirements

- Can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 50 lbs
- Pride in organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life
Responsibilities
- Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards
- Check beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and amenities for cleanliness
- Ensure supplies are properly stocked (towels, toiletries, minibar items)
- Identify maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, lights not working) and report them
- Verify that housekeeping staff followed proper procedures
- Re-clean or request corrections if rooms do not meet standards
- Update room status in the system (clean, inspected, ready)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
- Assist with training housekeeping staff when needed
