About The Position
Four Seasons is seeking a Part-time Room Dining Coordinator to join their team. This role involves taking guest in-room dining orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, coordinating order delivery according to Four Seasons Standards, and preparing and organizing guest amenities. The coordinator will answer the telephone courteously and efficiently, process guest orders, and describe menu items with vivid details about their origin, taste, and preparation methods.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in a professional and accurate manner via telephone.
- Maui Liquor Card
- Tuberculosis Clearance
Responsibilities
- Take guest in-room dining orders
- Communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Coordinate delivery of all orders according to Four Seasons Standards
- Prepare, organize, and follow through with all guest amenities
- Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards
- Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
