About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. This role requires adherence to the company's Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life and participation in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform/business attire and nametag, is essential.

Requirements

Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States, which will be confirmed through the federal E-Verify system.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable).
Restock housekeeping golf cart with cleaning supplies.
Replenish chemical bottles.
Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
