About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Room Attendant to help maintain clean, sanitized, well-stocked guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards. The role includes providing clean linens, bedding, and towels; following hotel safety and security procedures; learning about hotel services and its surroundings; and reporting guest belongings left behind through the hotel’s lost and found procedures. The position is part-time and tipped eligible. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
