About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Hotel Housekeeper required (upscale or luxury experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury brand standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and ensure flawless presentation of each room
  • Restock amenities, towels, and guest supplies
  • Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guests
  • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area
  • Respect guest privacy and provide courteous, professional interactions when needed
  • Meet daily room quotas while maintaining exceptional quality standards
