Requirements
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Hotel Housekeeper required (upscale or luxury experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure flawless presentation of each room
- Restock amenities, towels, and guest supplies
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guests
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area
- Respect guest privacy and provide courteous, professional interactions when needed
- Meet daily room quotas while maintaining exceptional quality standards
