Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Address guest requests and special needs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply rooms.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations to help ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations.
