About The Position

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas, from making beds and replenishing amenities to ensuring every space reflects our high standards of quality and hospitality. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
