The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas, while providing outstanding service to guests. This role involves daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms in line with hotel procedures, replacing linens, replenishing supplies, and ensuring rooms are left in a uniform arrangement. The attendant will also be responsible for reporting any damages or hazards, managing lost and found items, cleaning corridors and service areas, and maintaining pass key security. Additionally, they will restock carts, organize the linen closet, and report any unusual circumstances to supervisors.
