Responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways and other areas as assigned and complying with DKN Hotels’ standards. This role involves maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to hotel guests. The Room Attendant will communicate effectively with guests and team members, clean guest rooms to DKN Hotels’ standards (including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down walls), and adhere to established minutes-per-room guidelines. The position also requires following policies for room amenities, turning in lost items, maintaining security of master keys, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with laundry, and reporting missing/found articles or damage. Teamwork and delivering DKN’s "Home Away From Home" experience are key aspects of this role.
