About The Position
Tru by Hilton Portland Airport Area is proudly managed by StepStone Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a positive team environment. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet brand standards.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and assigned public areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Restock carts and ensure supplies are organized
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
