About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up various areas within the hotel, including rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants. This role involves dusting and polishing surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, emptying trash bins, and changing linens and towels. The Room Attendant will also replace toiletries and collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet the daily cleaning schedule.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to insure schedule requirements
• Must be able to work scheduled Monday - Sunday hours and some holidays
• Able to stand and walk for several hours consecutively
• Able to see 20/20 with corrected vision if necessary
• Able to lift 25 lbs - 30 inches in the air

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and Sanitize bathroom and sinks
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
