This position is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, comfortable, welcoming, and maintained to Hyatt brand standards. Through attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to hospitality, Room Attendants help deliver an exceptional stay while supporting a culture of care, teamwork, and excellence.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and amenities.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
