Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, debris, and stains.
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including corridors, lobbies, and elevators.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and respond to any requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.
Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper for resolution.
Ensure guest privacy and security by following established procedures for entering and servicing guest rooms.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, notifying the Housekeeping Supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Collaborate with fellow Room Attendants and other members of the Housekeeping team to ensure effcient and thorough cleaning of all guest rooms and public areas.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and share relevant information.
