About The Position

Room Attendant

Hours are: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: 9am - 4pm. Must be able to work weekends to be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and properly organized
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with special requests from guests to enhance their stay
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and service corridors as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
