Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and lift supplies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
