About The Position
Join our team in beautiful Whistler, nestled in the Coast Mountains, and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment in one of the world’s renowned resort destinations, known for its stunning scenery, outdoor activities, and vibrant community. We are currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Room Attendant’s role is to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and support the housepersons in keeping the hotel clean and tidy overall.

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to required standards.
- Ensure a high level of guest service to all guests at all times.
- Sanitize all hard surfaces.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies.
- Work in a health and safety conscious manner.
- Vacuum, make beds, dust hard surfaces, clean kitchens, living rooms, balconies, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplaces and any other areas of the guest rooms.
- Maintain carts in an organized fashion.
- Act as Houseperson when required: clean common areas including washrooms, lobbies and pool decks; attend to guest calls; receive and stock laundry and amenity deliveries.
