About The Position
As a Room Attendant at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton, you will help create memorable guest experiences by keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well supplied. This role is part of the opening team for a new 210-room oceanfront resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain, near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hōkūala. The resort celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻi. The position is classified as casual and requires availability for two consistent days each week. Requirements
- At least one year of hotel housekeeping experience.
- Ability to provide two consistent days of availability weekly.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and completing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
