About The Position

High Hotels Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant for the Tru and Home2 Suites in Easton, PA. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and brand are met. You will take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Team members may work in various areas of the housekeeping department, including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning. This is a Full-Time position with a starting rate of $17.33/hr.

Requirements

The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area

Responsibilities

Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time
Vacuuming carpet and furniture
Cleaning and dusting furniture
Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites
Changing bed linens
Cleaning the guest room bathroom
Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand COVID-19 cleaning standards
Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry
Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized
Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
