Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort blends luxurious comfort with the serene charm of the Florida Keys, creating an unforgettable tropical haven in the heart of Marathon. This 103-room resort, set on 12 acres with a 2.5-acre private white-sand beach, offers standalone beach houses and garden guest rooms, three sparkling pools, and vibrant dining at Butterfly Café and TJ’s Tiki Bar. With a focus on exceptional service and immersive water-centric experiences, Tranquility Bay captures the laid-back elegance of island life. Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, suites, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests, and thrives in a team-oriented hospitality setting.
Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to resort standards
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other guest spaces
- Dust furniture, clean mirrors, vacuum floors, and maintain overall room presentation
- Remove trash and replace liners as needed
- Restock guest supplies and housekeeping items
- Remove trays, dishes, and glassware from guest rooms
- Report maintenance concerns and room status updates to supervisors
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area
