About The Position

TEL Staffing is now hiring an Evening Room Attendant for a beautiful resort on Pensacola Beach. The Evening Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms meet the resort’s standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation during evening hours. This position focuses on guest room refresh service, responding to guest requests, preparing arrivals, and maintaining a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality in a beach resort setting.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience required.
  • Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity standards.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Perform evening refresh/turndown service in occupied guest rooms as assigned.
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and balconies according to resort standards.
  • Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, coffee supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Make beds, refresh room appearance, and ensure all room features are properly arranged.
  • Remove trash, used linens, and room service items from guest rooms and hallways.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for extra linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping needs.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and room deficiencies to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning assignments as directed.
  • Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests and team members.
