About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for Skamania Lodge, a Pacific Northwest resort. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning guestrooms and treehouses, stocking them with amenities, and maintaining the housekeeping cart. This role requires effective communication, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and lift at least 25lbs. Advancement opportunities are available, with the potential to earn up to $21/hour.
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Time management skills
- Ability to work on feet for an extended period
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
- Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of our guestrooms and treehouses.
- Stock guestrooms with linens and essential amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping cart by cleaning and stocking daily.
- Utilize Zello for communication.
- Report any maintenance repairs observed using HotSOS.
- Assist guests and fellow Associates as needed.
